Terms & Conditions
- Learners must pay the full deposit which is NON-REFUNDABLE, in order to be a fully registered.
- NO learner will be accepted without paying the registration amount.
- No learner will be accepted in second year without complete first year payment and the unit standards for first year (for qualifications)
- For Short Courses and Qualifications: All payment and POEs must be completed Assessed, Moderated and Verified by (SETA) before the learner receives statement of results/Certificate.
- In the event that a learner stops paying fees for any reason whatsoever whilst this contract is in force, he/she will remain liable for the full fees and no refund will be allowed.
- The Institution reserves the right cancel the registration of a learner in the event of insufficient learners for the course.
- OGS reserves the right to cede the debt and collection of fees, in these rules which are administered in terms of the Learner to a Debt Collection.
- In the event that either party breaches this contract, the defaulting or controlled by the party shall be liable for any attorney and own clients costs, including the Institution collection commission, which may be incurred by the other party
- OGS will communicate with all learners via SMS, print media, postal letters, telephone and email.
- By his/her signature hereto, the learner chooses the residential address of the learner on page I of this enrolment contract to be his/her domiciliumcitandietexecutandi (i.e. their address for the receipt of court processes and all other notices in terms of this contract).
- Learner fees are to be paid using the Deposit Slip at Nedbank of South African the 1st of each month and no issuing of results until all outstanding fees are paid in full and no payment is made at the centre to anyone.
